SAM MICROSOUND STAINLESS STEEL Fan Filter Unit 12108 SAM22 MS SS manufactured by Clean Rooms International provides clean air for cleanroom applications, housings made of #304 stainless steel.
Stainless Steel SAM MicroSound Series Fan Filter Units' housings are made of #304 stainless steel with #4 brushed.
Standard Equipments: 99.99% efficient HEPA filter, 30% ASHRAE pleated type prefilter, seismic clip suspension points, safety switch, variable speed control with RFI suppression.
N310 motor blower: energy efficient, single-phase electric power, low watt backward curved impeller, permanent split capacitor, overheat protection.
NCR Style final filters are externally protected by a stainless steel frame and downstream by a stainless steel circular perforated grille.
SAM GS Fan Filter Units are room side replaceable. Final HEPA or ULPA filters inside the housing are standard GS style with anodized aluminum frame and upstream gel channel.
A circular perforated stainless steel grille and frame attached with 4 screws allows replacing the filter without removing the whole unit.
All final filters are tested in accordance with the Institute of Environmental Sciences (IEST) and ISO standards.
