A case packing machine is a type of automated packaging equipment that is used to place products into cases or boxes for storage or transportation. Item 1 - RonchiPack C100NH Case Packer. Places 12 off 100ml toothpaste tubes into a folded cardboard box and seals using hot melt glue. Line is set up to run 100 to 125 tubes per minute. Product can be fed into the packer from both ends in order to speed up SKU/product change overs. Currently only one product feed line entry is in use, the other is redundant.
Cardboard outers dimensions = 200x150x194mm, machine may be adjusted to manufacture other sizes.
