His Tag Protein Purification by His Tag Protein Purification Magnetic Beads (CAT#: STEM-MB-1311-LGZ)

His-tag protein purification magnetic beads are a new high-capacity magnetic microsphere product for fast and efficient purification of His-tag fusion proteins. Under the action of a magnetic field, magnetic beads can directly purify the target protein with a purity of up to 95% from biological samples in one step, which greatly simplifies the purification process and improves the purification efficiency. The cell lysate containing His-tagged protein is added to MagBeads to allow the protein to fully bind to it, and then the target protein can be eluted from the magnetic beads.

His-tagged protein purification magnetic beads are widely used for soluble histidine-tagged proteins secreted or expressed intracellularly by bacteria, yeast, insects, and mammalian cells, and can also be used for the purification of denatured proteins (inclusion bodies need to be denatured before being purified).
