Description

The Eclipse™ AF4 is designed for separation, fractionation and sizing of macromolecules, nanoparticles and colloids. When used with a Wyatt DAWN® or miniDAWN™ MALS detector and Optilab® T-rEX™ refractive index detector, the Eclipse AF4 provides a uniquely versatile solution for characterization of absolute molar mass and size as well as conformation and conjugation.
