CFI Plan Apochromat Lambda Objectives, Nikon Instruments (CAT#: STEM-LE-0626-LC)

CFI project Apochromat Lambda series objective lenses for biological microscopes. Nikon's unique ultra-low refractive index coating technology "nanocrystal coating" is used to manufacture professional SLR camera lenses, and is now included in the new Plan Apochromat series of objective lenses. This technology can achieve extremely high transmittance in a wide wavelength range from ultraviolet to near infrared. These lenses provide bright, clear, and high-contrast images, which are ideal for multicolor fluorescent live cell imaging, especially for long-wavelength, non-toxic fluorescent dyes.
