DIAMONDBACK 360 Coronary Orbital Atherectomy System (OAS) provided by Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (CSI) includes a handheld CSI DIAMONDBACK 360 Coronary Orbital Atherectomy Device (OAD), a CSI saline infusion pump (OAS pump), a CSI VIPERWIRE advanced coronary guidewire (VIPERWIRE guidewire), and a CSI VIPERSLIDE lubricant. OAS promotes stent delivery in the coronary artery by reducing coronary plaque on the vessel wall with a rotating crown coated with diamond.
